  • Yes. The authorized dog OR cat must live indoors, receive proper veterinary care and grooming, and not pose a nuisance or danger to neighbors. Tenants must clean up all pet waste and maintain a healthy living environment for the pet.

  • Only 1 approved dog OR cat is permitted. If you plan to replace the dog OR cat, you must notify the landlord, provide an updated description, a new rabies vaccination record, and a clear photo. Approval is required before a new dog or cat is allowed.

  • No, there is no pet rent, pet deposits or other stupid pet fees. However, the tenant is responsible for any damage caused by the pet dog OR pet cat.
